I used scacto.com and thought it was good overall. It wasn’t perfect, and a couple of things could be a little smoother, but for the price, I’m happy with it. It did what I needed and felt like a fair deal. I’d use it again.

I waited several days to hear back from support, and when they finally responded, umm, it really didn’t help much. I was hoping for some actual guidance, but I barely got anything useful.

I couldn’t really make sense of the messages they sent back, so it was frustrating trying to figure out what they meant

The site worked sometimes, but not consistently enough for me to feel good about it. When I needed help, support took way too long to respond, and the whole thing just made me think, why is this so complicated? Overall, I’m not really happy with the experience.

I had an issue and reached out to support thinking it would be a simple fix!!! But the replies were really slow, and when they finally got back to me, the answer didn’t actually solve anything!!! It felt like they just wanted to close the case instead of really helping me. Super frustrating and I’m not happy with the experience at all!!!

I don’t feel like I can trust it. Instead of making things easier, it just leaves me double-checking everything myself, which is extra work I really didn’t want to deal with.

Paying was easy and I didn’t run into any issues during checkout. That said, I’m not feeling as confident as I expected afterward, something about the overall experience has made me a bit less trusting than before.

I tried returning my order it was way more annoying than it needed to be. The replies to my emails took forever, and when they did respond, it was mostly vague promises like “we’ll look into it” or “you’ll hear back soon,” but nothing actually clear. After a few days, I still didn’t know when my refund was happening and had to keep chasing them for basic updates. Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but for me the whole return process was slow, unclear, and frustrating. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I ordered from Scacto, and to be honest, I was really disappointed with what I got. After only using it a few times, it already started looking worn out, which made me feel like it probably isn’t going to last very long. Maybe I just happened to receive a bad one, so I don’t want to say every order is like this, but my experience wasn’t great. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it to me, and I personally wouldn’t buy from them again.
